    A TOWNSVILLE eye surgeon has helped to restore the sight of a 17-year-old boy during a mercy mission to a remote village in Papua New Guinea.Townsville ophthalmologist Dr Bill Talbot was volunteering with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) Medical Ships when he came across Bray Bungewa, who had cataracts in both eyes and could only see light and dark shapes.
