    A man has been charged with dragging a young tourist from a Townsville pathway and sexually assaulting her.The 29-year-old victim was attacked just before 9pm as she walked along The Strand at North Ward on Sunday.A 53-year-old man has been charged with sexual assault, assault with intent to commit rape, deprivation of liberty, assault occasioning bodily harm, and threatening violence. He'll face a Townsville court on Tuesday.
